Hey everybody. Just thought I'd put some pictures up from the last few weeks. :) Most of them are of Kallen since he's such a cutie and I'm a little be of an obsessed auntie.
Kallen at the petting zoo when we went to the fair. Some of the goats were EXTREMELY friendly Ahh my Becca got flipped. Sorry about that. This llama she's petting was overly happy that we brought him carrots and followed me everywhere and scared me at least a dozen times by putting his head on my shoulder.
I had to get a picture with the crazy llama even though I was laughing too hard. We found out his name was freckles. Here is he trying to eat my camera case
Kallen today at lunch. Mike JVD put the NAVY hat on his head so we could send it to my brother Bryan. (sorry Mike, I know it should say Army)
He looks so enthusiastic eh? His look says, "Auntie Mary why do you do these mean things to me?" :) it's my job honey

Oye
Wow it's been a long time since I wrote anything on here. I figured that would happen once the summer really got started and man has it ever. I don't even know where to start.
Lately things have been rushed and crazy for the most part. Chris and Mike moved home with Kallen so there is rarely a dull moment. Mike is working for my dad and Chris is actually going to work at the restaurant with me starting next week. kallen is adorable as always and Mom is loving every minute of having her grandson in the same house.
Work is going well. I have only been back for two weeks and George, Chris and Cindy (My boss and their son) are the same as always, nice, teasing and a little tense when there are 15 orders up. They have kept their yelling to a minimum except for when I told a woman it was okay to substitute a greek salad for the salad bar. Never again. You never want to make the greek man angry.
The fair came and went. Becca, my family and I traveled yesterday to Minot and had a good time. Last year Mike, Kent and I went so it brought back a lot of memories, including Mike being insane and going on the huge bungee ride. =) We ended up going to the bull riding competition which was a little scary at times but everybody was okay for the most part so it was fun to watch.
Other than that nothing really major has happened. I take my senior pictures in two weeks which will be a lot of fun since a photographer friend is coming up for a whole weekend to do Kayla and I's pictures. (Does the whole I's thing work grammatically? I am not sure, lack of sleep has been a huge issue for the last two weeks)
Oh also the temp is insane. To add some randomness to this entire blog (as if it needed more) I finally know what I am supposed to major in. Teaching English as a Second Language. It's teaching, it involves foreign language plus I would get to work directly with people which I ablsoultely love. I can also get a job here in the states or in another country which is also perfect. God is great =) I was randomly looking through a carreer website and it seriously jumped out and I just knew that was it. Wahoo! Finally :P
I am going to wrap this up since I am going to fall asleep anytime. My friend Becca and I didn't sleep till three yesterday so the eyelids have issues staying open. I hope that everybody is doing wonderful and having a good summer. Take care.
